Yes im hearing very similar rates through the banks. Im a long time FCC patron and brought this up with my FCC rep yesterday in a meeting. Of course she said its not possible, but I have a young man working for me just starting out and was offered better rates at Scotia and CIBC on $500K than I was at FCC for "substantially" larger business.
Interest Rates going forward.
