A lot of commercial real estate up for sale/rent this year due to companies realizing, who needs offices when laptops from home can accomplish the same at less cost......thanks to pandemic protocol. Tax base changes when corporate or Universities start bailing on high dollar buildings???   Who makes up for that......land owners and home owners????
