Michigan | I’ve been farming since 2002 full time so I’ve went from $1.65 corn up to $8 and everything in between. I’ll take $8 over $3 any time. I bought a house , built a shop, upgraded machinery and still had extra cash to ride out the years since. Unless you are hell bent on buying land high prices are only a good thing. What other businesses would complain that their profits are going to be too high and cause too much competition. | |
