NW IL, Mercer County | You are the only one. Im 34, been farming full time since 2013. These prices are great for me trying to build equity. My rent will go up significantly because its based on 1/3 of gross revenue, and I’m increasing non-gmo soybean acres. Fine by me.
Also gives me more income to invest in tile, which should help increase my income for years.
