Along with what you said. Safe money for a rainy day. Don't go out and spend like there's no tomorrow. Don't bid up ground if someone wants it that bad that there's no profit why do it. Bright new things wouldn't make you money only the dealers get rich. Don't farm for the show farm for the dough.
