SE IL and SW IN | I am with John on the lemon and lime but I only use tap water. Occasionally I mix a splash of low sugar OJ when my wife has some in the refrigerator. I started low carb 2 years and 45# ago and have been mostly pleased.
I still have some issues with either gluten intolerance or fructose irritation to the liver. Liver is smaller and working properly, but I still have a random irritation in my abdomen that we have not isolated. It seems that the diagnostic procedure is to keep a log and find the pattern. | |
