just a tish NE of central ND | Keep it up! You are going to find that finding anything other than water is almost impossible to find without calories or sugar. Even FRUIT has a lot of natural sugar.
Milk is high in calories.Diet drinks taste like crap etc.
If you can cure yourself of sugar, you will be amazed how it tastes really bland after a few months of not having ANY of it. BUT,<><><> it is so easy to fall back into sugar addiction.
Ive never tried a red bull, Better to not start than to have to fight the urge the rest of my life.
