| Sounds like you are on the right track.
A few years ago, I was drinking too much coffee. If I didn't start the day with caffeine I would get a nasty head ache. Decided to cut down when it started bothering my gut. After a few days I just quit coffee altogether. Had a head ache and some nervousness for a few days. Now I drink a cup of coffee every now and then, but have started drinking ice tea. Probably should cut that down again too. | |
