Subject: RE: Lower back issues /Teeter Inversion

SC MN
I injured my lower back roughly 10 years ago, and was in extreme pain. I had several mri's done. 2 surgeons suggested I should have several discs trimmed. After visiting with 4 locals who had the surgery done with mixed results I opted for professional physical therapy, including planking, and inversion. I was very focused and did the excersizes and inversion daily. I think it took a couple months for substantial improvement. Within 6 months I was pain free, which continues to this day. Although I have difficulty shoveling grain. I think inversion can be a great addition to therapy. But will not help unless diligent to do it daily. (I also had several people pray for my healing, and give that credit as well). Hopefully soon you will be feeling better.
