This summer I started having back pain.  I don't remember doing anything to cause it.  Put up with it for a month before going to a chiropractor (never been to one before) and I'm 70 years old.  He did a couple of adjustments that helped some.  Then he did some laser treatments that I thought had me cured, but I continued to have a nagging hot spot.  Friend convinced me to buy an inversion table.  You don't need a $350 Teeter to turn you upside down for a few minutes.  I bought one from Dunham's Sporting Goods on sale for, I think, $130.  After about 4 weeks, I was back to normal, but I continue to use it everyday for a couple of minutes.  I would recommend it to anyone.

^^^^^^^^ What he said! Try one SLOWLY. use it a little and at about a 45degree angle for a couple minutes twice a day until things get better. May not work for you but it replaces traction therapy by a PT for me. I now only use it when I need to. LIFESAVER
