Subject: RE: Lower back issues /Teeter Inversion

Pittsburg, Kansas

It is kind of spooky when first starting to use it. I have not used mine for years but I probably should start again. A friend had it for probably ten years but I have it back home now.

One thing that always made me nervous was going upside down and not being able to get back upright. On mine a nylon strap limits travel and it was always quite an effort to get back upright. Maybe I did not have my weight balanced right.

Back then I was a lot heavier than I am now so that could make a difference.

I always wanted my wife around when I used it just in case I ran into problems getting back up. But I never actually needed her. Maybe I was using it wrong too.

John
