Inversion tables are helpful. Other manufacturers beside the one you name. very few 61 year olds have a L4 to S1 region that is free of bulging discs. While a single event made you symptomatic, conservative means like inversion, rest, losing weight if you carry extra and time are helpful to get the symptoms under control imo. Best wishes to you.
