Fertigation is the cats meow. If I were you I would go to the trouble of injecting the 32% at the pivot point. it is a very effective means of fertilization, so go ahead and invest in the wiring and plumbing that it will take to make it work. I know this isn't what you want to hear, but I can't imagine that having the cattle drink water contaminated with any amount of a nitrate solution would be helpful. Even if it doesn't kill them it certainly will not make them more healthy. I just fertigated some oats. Used a nurse tank with a fertigation pump installed and plumbed into the tank. Just land the wire, set the rate, hook up the hose and turn it on.
