I wouldn’t do it. When I was a kid I hauled some water to cows in a 2000 gal tank that previously had hauled 32, couldn’t have been more than a couple of gallons of 32 left in the tank when I filled it with water. Luckily my dad figured out what had happened and only lost 3 or 4 head. Could have been way worse.
