A gallon of UAN32 weighs 11 lbs/gallon.

Cow drinks 20 gallons/day, she's getting .0125 gallons of UAN32, which is .1375 lbs of UAN32.
.1375 lbs of UAN32 is .062 lbs of ammonium nitrate (45%) which converts to 28 grams of ammonium nitrate.
Table 2 of link below shows acceptable amounts of ammonium nitrate when introducing it to cattle. The level depends on digestibility of your forage. But 28 grams per day is right at the limit for 1100 lb cow on average grass.

So you're already at the limit, and you haven't even included the urea's nitrogen contribution.
