I'd want wayyyy more margin of safety.
I don't have that kind of confidence in my calculations-- I just threw them out there because the results of them said it would be a very bad idea! Better safe than sorry.
Personally, I wouldn't do it unless I had a professional-- like a nutritionist or Ag chemist-- who could guarantee it would be alright.
