No matter who wins it will be an uphill battle for both but if Trump wins I believe we will see Executive orders like we have never seen before in any Presidency. The only check with those is the Judicial branch and it is at 6-3 Republican appointed. I know, I know, the Supreme Court was intended to be neutral by our constitution but in the last probably 40 years it has gotten more and more a Political position which is NOT what our constitution designed it for.
No matter what the outcome is, it will be a “ **** show” for months. Voter Fraud legal battles, Impeachment hearings(again), possible more rioting, etc.  A big black eye for OUR COUNTRY with the world watching. ):  ):
