Our family trust is set up that way, be prepared to be the bad guy.
The generation that gets skipped will hate you for it, even if they are the beneficiary during that time. Trust me. Make sure, like positively sure that there is a clause that If they challenge or break the trust they get a dollar and they’re out.
And be prepared for phone calls that they’re trying to sell a farm, even though they have no legal standing to do so. It’ll happen.
