There’s a dangerous thought. Every situation is individual, no one here can advise you to any useful degree. We can only relate our experiences, which will be different from yours.
Why are you getting involved ? Brother can use that as evidence of undue influence with your father on your part. If you can be shown to have any role in this it could cost you.
Best to absolutely make it clear you want no involvement, otherwise you open yourself up. You probably will be anyway but no use giving them ammunition. Don’t write anything down you wouldn’t want to read in the paper. Discovery can be brutal. |
