East Arkansas | I have a brother who no longer farms with me so I am the only active operator...my father is retired. My father expressed and interest to me in setting up a will but heres the rub...he mentioned bypassing my brother and wants his inheritance to go to my niece and nephew because of lack of trust of my sister in law.
Is this the correct situation for a trust and if so how should it be structured? What have some of you done when you have families that are blended and want to maintain assets for your heirs?
