SESD | About 5 years ago my buddy asked if I wanted to help get one. It was a nice slate table in an older guys basement. We removed the table from the legs. After a couple test lifts, we knew we had got in deep. Anyway, as we had it on edge going up the stairs, we were both sweating beads. I actually don't think we would've gotten it, but the 70yr old guy pushed a little. I remember being on the bottom end and when we would holler "go", the thing didn't move and I was wondering why my buddy wasn't helping. He said he was wondering why I wasn't pushing, but we were both maxed out and it didn't move except for a light push from the older guy. Good experience, but I don't think I could do it again. | |
