Most if not all dealers have a no moonlighting clause in the emoyment agreement punishable by immediate termination. Second, would you look at it differently if your employees go out and do a custom job with all of your equipment and kept all the money for themselves? Third, and please don't take this wrong, as I understand the moonlighting thing. An old mason once asked me why he should charge less to work for me on his day off when he could be fishing. | |
