Yes I could see a Mom and Pop dealer but the big dealership doesn't want them anymore. Some good amount of training goes into the computer work needed for a ag equipment. It is pretty easy to smoke something once the computer is plugged in and than some of the time the Dealer can be responsible for the cost. Also hard to find a service person, one who can run the computer well and also tear down a rear end down. Its usually 2 different jobs. And they are working on old 3020's all the way up to the new equipment. Thats a lot of different type for anyone. Yes it is expensive but hopefully they sent you a very talented person.
