Not trying to hostile, just stating what I've learned along the way. Most if not all dealers have a no moonlighting clause in the emoyment agreement punishable by immediate termination. Second, would you look at it differently if your employees go out and do a custom job with all of your equipment and kept all the money for themselves? Third, and please don't take this wrong, as I understand the moonlighting thing. An old mason once asked me why he should charge less to work for me on his day off when he could be fishing.
agree, or if weekend he might be able to work at dealership at OT per house.
