What were land rates 2-3 years ago? Land values have remained pretty stable the last 5 years or so, in my area farms have sold for upper end 13k, low end 10k. In 2012 these same farms would be more like 16k-13k. But like I said last 5 years they have remained pretty strong. When was the last time rates were 5-6 %?
So when is inflation going to kick in?
