Wow 555, that is interesting. I’m buying my first farm interest is 2.75. If I was paying 5 % I would not be buying a farm.
Yes you would, and you’d be better off because of it, because the purchase price would be considerably less. If interest rates would have been 8 or 9 percent for the most recent decade, just about everything you buy would be half price or less what it is today.
