One thing many are not considering when it comes to interest rates is FSA loans. Around here anyway there is a line of young guys wanting to farm. FSA loans at 1.5% for 20 yrs isnt going up even if regular rates do. FC has similar discounted rates for beginners. 2% interest increase imo would have almost zero effect on land prices here. Also lack of land for sale is a big factor.
