SC WI | Home values returned to trend line about a year ago, “here”. This is after the housing market crash.
Couple factors driving home values, shortage of housing, increase cost to build(labor and material), low interest rates.
What will create stagnation or deflation, sudden rise in interest rates, sudden increases in property taxes, or other factors.
I think we will continue to see gradual inflation, employees willing to work wages keep increasing, shortages of materials, and so on. It is my understanding, other nations are battling inflation with corona, but the dollar has remained strong, if a good portion of the world sees inflation, we will too.
