Imo the reason land hasn't taken the sizeable correction that was deserving in recent years(basing that comment on gross revenues) is low interest rates. If rates begin to rise many balance sheets will take a large hit but if interest rates are rising for the correct reason(inflation) one should be able to continue making the payment as long as you have a fixed rate because gross revenues should rise even with a declining asset.
