I would expect it to mean per cutterhead hour. And I would expect that you would do your best to see that the cutterhead was as productive as it could be while it's there.
had a field queen that rolled a hour on in 50 minutes-did a 4 hour job one time in little over 3 -1/2 hours-was corrected by the past customer what a hour is-went to by the acre after that
