Subject: RE: Sweden and Covid

West of Mpls MN about 50 miles on Hwy 12
One thing I'll give John credit for, he seems to have controlled his diabetes, controlled his cholesterol, lost a pile of weight, and provided some relief from many aches and pains (became much healthier IMO) by eating a diet of foods that many health "experts", including doctors, have been terrified of and telling all of us that terrifying food like red meat, bacon, and Kipper snacks will kill us for sure.

Judging by the many pictures John has shared...I'm thinking ole John has a greater chance of being eaten by a shark than dying of covid-19. ;-)

FWIW, I'm not "anti covid"...I do respect it's potential danger, but I am not terrified of dying of covid.-19.

The reason why I respect covid, but I'm not terrified of dying from covid? It's because I've been listening to doctors about pandemic and disease.
