Subject: RE: Pressure washer for milking parlor

NW Illinois Stephenson county
I used a booster pump for 35 years to hose down the milking parlor. You need volume of water to push manure to wash a parlor down. The only problem I had was when the milk inspecter would not allow the booster pump to be directly attached to the water line. So I ended up using a 55 barrel to draw the water from that was filled with a float used for a cattle tank. Air gap was then achieved. Once in a while I would run out of water before I was finished hosing down the parlor and woul have to wait awhile to finish. Good Luck!
