Here we often own the yard pole.I would think this is an excellent place.Be sure of quality ground rods on all your junction boxes and wires tight,especially the 220 lines ..are ground and neutral good.You can ground your hydrant easily,just clamp ,wire and rod.Why would they own around your pole unless it serves others?
They don't own it but an easement gives them rights as listed in the easement papers (they're attached to your property deed(s)). |
