Exactly, Texas is 45th nationwide on the number of tests given. I’d bet lowest on a per capita basis, yet the governor and several county judges are all nutted up. They keep hollering number of cases. Houston is a big town, the metro area is 3 million or so. There are going to be a larger number than some rural area.
