It has more to do with our sparce population. We have 2 areas of dence populations those areas have problems. The areas of less people but still plenty still have trouble but less.
I compare the rest of the country to Montana it is easy to isolate if you try even a little bit.
There is only 1 or 2 places in the world with a more sparce population than Canada.
