Health care means little to slowing the virus,

Actually I think it does make a difference.
No health care and people do not go fro help because they will bankrupt the family so symptoms are 'ignored' and spread is increased.

That can be seen in Ontario with the outbreaks in seasonal workers where some of the workers are undocumented and therefore have no health care and are afraid of being sent home if they go for care so ignore the symptoms and spread it to more workers.

So the argument has been made, and I believe supported, that Canada's health care system has helped us control the virus.

How did these people get into your country and why are they afraid of being sent home?shouldn't your health care ignore the fact they are there, just take care of them? Sounds like it’s well known they are there but a blind eye has turned away from them.
