.13% of the world has been infected by it, tested known cases. .82% in the US. Yes it can be assumed there have been far more Cases then that that were mild symptoms but that’s the data we have.

If it’s going to take a vaccine to get us to herd immunity. from what experts say it better be more than one vaccine being produced by multiple companies to cover this world to get to herd immunity. There better not be complications from those vaccines or we'll make it impossible to convince people to get vaccinated.
Will there be a vaccine?

You can hide from it but as soon as you let your guard down....There have been outbreaks elsewhere in the world in countries that assumed they had it controlled, maybe small in scale but it blew up rather quickly and unexpectedly.

Health care means little to slowing the virus, just in keeping those that have it alive. Since there is no vaccine or preventatives other than distancing health care can do little other than wait for patients. people’s perception of its controlled will determine how bad we see outbreaks. People want to go back to “normal”. No country is completely virus free.

Having the virus is one thing but dying from it is another. case fatality rate in the US, 4.8%, Canada 8.2%. Maybe more of your population has had it and didn’t get tested or felt like they needed to go to the doctor?Head of CDC recently said he thought the cases in the US were 10 times more than what’s known, that would put death rate at .48% or there about, when all is said and done most countries will see a similar death rate. I wouldn’t doubt that you’ve had more cases than what has been reported and your death rate is lower too.
