Hard to trust any data coming out now. Whatever the chart or graph is it tends to show whatever the presenter wants it to say. Test people that already had it and now show antibodies then claim them as current CV19 disease statistics. Figures lie and liars figure. Wait a couple weeks and see what the death charts look like. Something tells me they will not be all that high. It is a bad disease, no doubt. But sensationalism sells and the news seems to be making hay while the sun shines so to speak.
