Subject: RE: Avoid Kansas

Pittsburg, Kansas

Thanks for the link. I did a quick search last night but did not find anything official. Did not realize it started on the 3rd. I suppose they are trying to reduce transmission on the Independence Day celebration where they know  lots of people will be ignoring social distancing and crowds.

Hard to know what to believe in the press. Saw that Houston hospitals were being "over run" with cases. Then a hospital official comes on a day later and says not they are not being over run. They do have a lot of cases but were definitely not over run. Seems like Covid 19 is the current news buzz so everything gets exagerated.

At least till the next "big thing" comes along that is newsworthy. Then covid 19 will be history news wise. When was the last time we heard anything about climate change or impending climate disaster since covid? News is no longer news, just sensationalism click bait.
