If anything this pandemic has shown is that people want to eat meat, and want to have confidence in their food. I'd go so far as to say people celebrate meat with the barbeque culture. That being said though, people WANT a happy steer frolicking in a field of clover. They want pigs wallowing in the old mud puddle. Consumers don't want GMOs. And yet we as farmers are supposed to defend the technology that has become our albatross. Take a look back in time- GM, ford, chrysler all kept building land yachts in the 70s. That's when toyota, honda, datsun all got market share cause that's what consumers wanted. But yeah, let's keep arguing with each other about extend beans and overproducing.............. ...


And ironically 40 years later, America drives more trucks and land yacht sized SUV's than ever.
