JoBob - 6/26/2020 09:39 We used to core, quarter enough to get a stick of butter in them, season, wrap in aluminum foil and grill. They were awesome but the last few were so dang hard they never got cooked through.


This is fantastic with a low 'n slow 2-3 hour cook in the smoker while doing ribs or something similar.
