I agree with John on this. Fried with smoked sausage or big bacon chunks. I also like doing stuffed cabbage rolls or what the local Germans around here call "pigs in a blanket". Use either ground sausage or hamburger, wrap it in a leaf of cabbage put in a pan with a couple cans of tomato soup and bake. My wife adds rice to the hamburger, but that would probably not make it Keto anymore??
