West Central IL | I found when I cut sugars, and bread and such, I was eating more meat and fats. No longer was I hungry when it was meal time again. I would eat, but didn't need eat as much. Then I got into the intermittent fasting. I could completely skip breakfast and not even phase me. I would then be hungry around lunch time, but ate low carbs and would be fine until supper. I also think it may change your metabolism some. If you go back to some carbs like I did, the weight really didn't come back like I thought it would. I'm back up about 5 pounds from my low, but increased my carbs quite a bit from where I was when I started this. I still am not eating as many as before as I still stay away from sugary drinks for the most part now, but back to eating bread and desserts. |
