That is one thing you don't want to do on a low carb diet is starve. Eat to satiety, but just don't eat foods that raise your insulin a lot. And don't eat too often. Two or three times a day only with no snacks. If you just have to have a snack, make it a low carb snack. Starving yourself will cause your body to lower its metabolism which will be counter productive. Limit carbs, eat enough meat protein, and fill out with fat to satiety.
