That and feed more animals and people eat more meat.

I'm not fully on board that we need to eat "all grass fed pastured" stuff. Not that it is bad by any means. I think it can be fine food to eat. But I just do not see any way to feed the world population on everything pastured and I just do not see that much advantage health wise. For the people that can afford it it is great and might be a few percent better nutrition wise. But for the masses just cutting down on the sugar, seed oils, highly processed boxed foods and starchy carbs and increasing their fatty red meat consumption would do wonders for the nations health over all.

We were misinformed and scared away from good red meat and good fat and what we replaced it with made us sick.

My opinion.
