NE South Dakota Clark, SD | Plan your route to avoid crossing any Reservations except on the interstate. The local tribes are blocking access even just to travel through. It has been a while since I have been out there, my family also enjoyed Cosmos, Homestake gold mine in Lead, the Mammoth dig in Hot Springs, Wall Drug is a must stop tourist trap. Bear Country is pretty neat. I really enjoyed Wind and Jewel caves, but if you have bad knees, they can hurt. |
