If you own a dump trailer and have a landfill nearby, why not try hauling junk as a business? I know people trash rental houses and leave a lot of stuff there for the landlord to deal with. It's really not that hard of work, but nobody wants to do it. I bought a rental house with seven tons of junk inside and I figured it took 100 hours to clean it out and haul it.
