The high carb diets over time turn many type 1 diabetics into a type 1 with type 2 resistance.
Some type 1’s use low amounts of insulin. I’m told a base amount would be like 20 units a day. People using 100, even 200 a day are fighting resistance.
Low insulin is healthy, high insulin brings the health problems.
