John, I was thinking about this risk to diabetics earlier. And I was thinking I'd ask you some questions, so this is a great place to ask if you don't mind, because they apply to your post.

Are you still a diabetic? I wasn't sure if once a diabetic always a diabetic, or if that is based on blood sugar levels, or how it is characterized. I think of you more like an alcoholic. You aren't drinking, but once you fall of the wagon you'd be an alcoholic again. But in your case it's carbs/ sugar.

Also was thinking about lungs and you said you are diving so much and improved lung capacity. So it sounds like you have real experience with the relationship between diabetes and lung capacity or maybe function? Care to share any experience? Maybe discussed in your video links and I will try to watch them later today.

Also last thing are you still on the little island and is CV there and what is the situation there? I can't remember if you mentioned returning home already or not.
