This is a presentation by Dr Bret Scher. He mostly does interviews of other doctors but in this video he just gives a presentation of what he has learned from research papers. He does a good job of sticking to the science looking at it objectively. This is a wide ranging presentation covering lots of dietary topics and comparisons of different types diets including something called the fasting mimicking diet. A good presentation. Long, but packed with good science information. He seems to take a very balanced look at things.
